Letter to Premier Harris.

Jan. 3, 2000

The Hon. Michael Harris, M.P.P.
Rm. 281 Legislative Building
Queen's Park
Toronto ON M7A 1A1

Mr. Premier,

I'm driven into destitution by the governments of all levels despite my eminence
contributions to Toronto, Ontario and Canada as a whole.

I'm forced to leave this country one way or the other since the system taking it
all from me without giving back any proper credit. Not only that, the systems
has conspired to keep me from getting any job or to destroy the one that I found.

I would like to claim the rewards which associated with the solving of the
criminal cases since I was the one who provided the leads:

1) The infamous case of Paul Bernardo and the two victims.
2) The case of the two murdered nurses which were unsolved
for more than 30 years.

The reasons why I wait until now to claim them are: having had a full time job,
I didn't want to claim those money.
If I had had claimed beforehand, the police would have let those cases go unsolved
instead of giving me the credits.

Please do not ask me to go to the other departments to claim, which they would
point me to another, and so on...

In any case, by Jan 11, 1999, if I don't get the claim resolved or at least ten
thousand dollars cash advance by Ontario government, I will find my way
out of this country.

This letter is to be sent by Fax, E-mail, Canada Post and published on my web sites
for the whole world to see.
Please use your common sense.

Sincerely Yours,

Van Nguyen
